Support Worker / Care Assistant
Due to receiving regular referrals we are a constantly recruiting staff to meet the demands of the service. As a support/care worker you will be responsible in providing an excellent level of care to adults in the community allowing them to remain as  independent as possible. You should possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently as well as well part as a team.

The post is subject to carrying out an advanced DBS check as part of the application for this role.
